ABOUT ME

I relocated to Montclair 7 years ago. I have practiced martial arts for almost 20 years. I am a shodan (black belt) in Iwama Ryu Aikido. As well as teaching this style of Aikido I have attended seminars throughout the world. I also have practiced Systema and breathwork for many years and currently train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I was introduced to the Indian club by a physiotherapist whilst rehabbing an open fracture on my wrist. It helped me with my recovery as well as my martial arts training. I recently received my level 1 certification in club swinging and as I am strong proponant of the Latin phrase ‘Qui Docet Dicet’; those who teach learn, I would love to share and grow my knowledge with others who live in Montclair or surrounding areas.
