Where are classes?

I live in Montclair and currently practice in Anderson Park and Brookdale Park as well as a number of establishments in North New Jersey. I am more than happy to teach small groups and one on one.

What should you expect from a class?

It doesn’t matter your age, experience or fitness level, you will start training with a single club, which can be adjusted from 1kg to 3kg to match your requirements. It might not seem heavy but you will soon find out technique, stability and repetition is more important than brute strength. 

  • Classes will be tailored to the group or individual
  • Standalone breath work
  • The foundations of single club swinging 
  • Bodyweight exercises to counterbalance the club swings patterns
  • All movements will be underpinned with breathing

But don’t just take my word for it…

This is a fun class and excellent exercise for people with movement disabilities such as Parkinson. A new concept for me, which I hope to continue.
